There are a few factors to consider and it really depends on what business set up you currently have. A Virtual Assistant is perfect for you, if you have a small to medium-sized business, operating as a one-man show or even a small team. If you’re currently handling everything yourself or if you need to maximize productivity, get yourself a VA. A Virtual Assistant assists you with all your administration and processes so that you can remain focused on expertly growing your business. Personal Assistant is based in your office and gets paid like an employee with all the required over-head expenses.
In my opinion, a VA is more loyal to your business than a PA. Your business success directly translates to your VA’s business success. Because I’m a business owner, I need to consistently exceed your expectations in order to become an elite performer and grow my own business. Our mutual interest in growing our businesses results in us building a sustainable and strategic partnership.
My systems are protected against virus and ransomware. I have an elite systems provider that detects threats and takes action where required. My computer equipment is also audited on a regular basis to ensure that my anti-virus programs are working as they should.
I pride myself in always producing world-class outputs for my clients. Because of my corporate background, I understand how important your business and revenue generating tasks are to you, and I can guarantee you the best quality always. I take feedback very seriously and I’m always open to suggestions on your preferences. I have a 10 hour trial package that you can try out. This would give you an indication on my level of capability.
I have a simple and straight-forward client onboarding process in place that takes care of everything that we need including all the legalities. I prefer that you book a call with me, so that I can understand exactly what your business does and how I can best assist you.
Yes. I have my office based in Johannesburg, but have a full virtual office set up available to assist you if you are based in another country.
My retainer price list can be viewed here . Please note that my prices are set and can not be reduced. However, should you require a bespoke package, other than my current retainer packages we can discuss your specific requirements and tailor make a package for you.
Time management as a Virtual Assistant is key. I manage all my clients hours and tasks exceptionally well and I track my time using a recognised tracking tool. You’ll get a weekly report showing how my hours are used. This will also assist in giving you an idea on whether the package that you’re currently on is best suited for your business requirements.
I have all the systems and processes in place to work virtually and once we’re set up, I will take you through my method of working and integrate that into your method of working, so that we can find the perfect balance. Working virtually is actually very simple.
I manage my time extremely carefully and maintain a very necessary work life balance to ensure that I always give of my best to my clients, therefore my working hours are 09h00-17h00 from Monday to Friday. I am closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. You are welcome to send me tasks outside of business hours, but please note that I will attend to them on the next working day. I will manage business emergencies based on impact and merit, although poor planning does not count as a business emergency – but that’s why you’ll have me as your VA to ensure these anomalies don’t occur 😉
Once we have had a call and signed all the necessary documentation, it would be advisable to set up a video call where you and I can run through your business back-end and ascertain what systems and processes are required to go forward and accelerate your business.
Absolutely! Have a look at my long-term packages and we can discuss which plan suits you best.
